Rent the Center for your Event!

The Monroe Community Senior Center in Monroe, WA is a great venue for your fundraiser, banquet, reception, wedding, celebration of life, or event.
We offer a large Main Hall with stage as well as small meeting rooms, kitchen and sound system to add on to your Main Hall rental.
Commissary Kitchen rentals are also available.
 

Facilities:    Main Hall and Stage:   Accommodates 150 seated banquet / 175 standing reception (2,300 sq. ft.)
                     Pilchuck Room:   Up to 25 guests (500 sq. ft.)
                     Cascade Room or Sky River Room: Up to 10 guests (120 Sq. ft.)
                     Commercial Kitchen

Equipment Available (included in rental fee):
90 chairs
18- 8′ long tables
15- 60″ round tables
Projection Screen

Parking: 50 spaces at the Center, overflow available on the street and at adjoining Rotary baseball field and at Sky River Park.
Lots of parking available!

Rates:
Main Hall                      $75 per hour

Reservation Deposit     $250 (applied toward rental fees)
Booking Fee                 $50   (non-refundable)
Damage Deposit          $500 (refundable)

Add-ons:
Kitchen                           $300 flat fee (Event insurance is required for all kitchen rentals. Purchase at www.theeventhelper.com)
Pilchuck Room               $35  per hour
Cascade Room              $25  per hour
Sky River Room             $25  per hour
PA System/Microphone  $50  flat fee

Renting the Facility:
– 4 hour minimum for weekend rentals.
– Room decoration, set up and clean-up is the responsibility of the renter.
– Alcohol is allowed with the purchase of a banquet permit which can be obtained at the Washington State Liquor Board website. Click here.

A completed and approved event rental application, $250 reservation deposit and $50 non-refundable booking fee are required before the facility may be booked (no phone reservations accepted). The $250 reservation deposit is applied toward the rental fees, if rental application is approved and a date is booked.

An in-person walk-through with the rental agent must be done 2 weeks before your event date.
At the walk-through appointment, the remaining rental fees and $500 refundable damage deposit are collected.
